Mustard Seed Powder, Yellow
A yellow colored powder, no odor but sharp, pungent taste when water is added. When brown in color, with water added, there is a sharp, irritating odor and a pungent taste.
- Flavor macaroni and cheese, sweet, dill, mixed vegetable and bread and butter pickles, barbecue sauce, chutney, chow sauce and ketchup, French dressing, mayonnaise, deviled ham, bologna, frankfurter, salami and summer sausages, cocktail dips, cheese spreads. Use as a garnish for pickles, relishes, pickled meats and salad dressings.
