Our favorite dress has gotten a makeover in a fun rainbow stripe and cream tassels! It’s cut in a comfortable silhouette that hits at the knee, and is finished with a back-of-the-neck shell button closure.  Fabric is a soft 100% cotton yarn dyed stripe.
