Helichrysum Flowers: Raw Organic - Light Cellar

The name derived from the Greek helios meaning sun and chrysos meaning gold. Believed to open the heart and help soothe past emotional wounds.

Tea infusion: Add 1-3 Tbsp to 1 L boiling water. Steep 7-10 min. Strain. Or add flowers as flavouring to other teas.
