Grassfed Dexter Shin Beef slices.

By popular demand we have kept some shin beef slices. The longer and slower you can cook this, the better the results will be!  An onion, a few mushrooms, herbs and a glug of real ale are ideal accompaniments, and if you want to add an extra kick of beefy richness, a grassfed Dexter beef marrow bone can go in the pot too.
