A beautiful antique 1800s heirloom baby christening gown fashioned of cotton with exquisite Ayrshire whitework lace trim. There are beautiful leaves, flowers and and tiny decorative circular designs. Masterful pin tucking and rushing. This is an amazing dress. The condition is excellent condition to age; two very tiny faded marks on the back. They are very tiny and do not detract and I have pictured them. The closure is a back button closure with two tiny buttons.
